Do I need an insurance license to start?+
No. Getting licensed IS the onboarding. We walk you through choosing your exam, registering for the prep course, passing, and applying for your state license — step by step.
Do I need sales experience?+
Not at all. We'll ask about your background so your mentor can tailor things, but the path is built for people starting from zero just as much as seasoned closers.
How long does it take?+
Most new agents go from joining to licensed in about 3–6 weeks, depending on how fast you study and your state's processing time.
Is there a cost?+
You'll pay for your state's prep course (through XCEL) and the state exam/licensing fees. These are standard licensing costs — your mentor helps you do it the lean way.
